This comfortable, three-bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen/dinning room/lounge area and a balcony could not be better situated. Right on the beach, with a beach- sea view of the main swimming beach of Ballito, and only 100 meters to a shopping complex with restaurants, supermarket, bottle store, ATM and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3km long promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.
Sleeps 6 people in one double and four single beds, for which linen, duvets and blankets are provided. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a bath and a walk in shower. The main bedroom is en suite, with a sliding door leading onto the balcony, with patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. The lounge with TV and DSTV (please bring your own smart card), also leads through sliding doors, onto the balcony. The balcony has a weber-braai and patio furniture. The dining room table sits six - crockery and cutlery are provided. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and in all the main bedrooms. A lock-up safe is also available in the main bedroom.
Under cover parking for one vehicle and a swimming pool with braai facilities further enhances your stay in this secure complex. Access to complex is by remote control. A daily floor service is included in the tariff.
