This is a two-bedroom holiday apartment and situated only 80m from the Ballito main beach and 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant and Friendly Grocer. There are 2 swimming pools in complex - one for toddlers, and a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach. There are also more than enough braai facilities.
The apartment sleeps 4 people, with a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. There is one bathroom with a shower in the bath. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a built-in counter that doubles up as a dining room table with 4 chairs. There is a TV in the comfortably furnished lounge but bring your own DSTV decoder.(No TV reception without smartcard). Under cover parking for one vehicle.
The complex is very secure, with remote control on all gates. No daily service.
