This modern three-bedroom triplex is situated on the 3km long promenade, which is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach. Although not having sea views, access to the beach is easy.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one on ground level and two on the top floor. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. There are three bathrooms with one bath and two showers.
The sunny, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with TV (no TV reception without smart card & decoder) opens onto a private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery & cutlery as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The unit is secure with the lower level having trellidoors throughout.
There is a built-in braai area in the courtyard for your private use and a communal swimming pool in the complex. There is safe open parking in the complex for guests. Access to the complex is by remote control.
Linen and duvets are provided for the beds, but please provide your own beach, bath and tea towels.
