This modern three-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor, and on the beach with sea views. The well-known grannies pool is in front of the complex, where it is very safe for children to swim.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each. A second bathroom with a bath (with built in shower) services these two rooms. Linen and duvets are provided for the beds, but please provide your own beach, bath and tea towels. The open plan dining room has a 6-seater table and the comfortably furnished lounge has a TV, DSTV and Hi-fi. Please bring your own smart card. The very big balcony with patio furniture has sliding doors from the lounge. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people. There are ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms, as well as the dining room, and a desk fan in the 3rd bedroom.
The main bedroom also have a private balcony facing inland towards the swimming pool.
At the back of the complex is a lovely swimming pool with braai facilities. Secure garage for 1 vehicle and open parking for guests. Lift in complex. Access to the complex is by remote control. Situated next to a 3km long promenade, that is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach. Daily floor service included.
