This beautiful, ground floor duplex, four-bedroom apartment is situated in luxurious architect designed and private estate, right on the waters edge where the sea views are spectacular and the surf breaks only 30 meters away as well as over looking the actual Rocks of King Shaka . Martinique has beautiful grounds and gardens for brisk morning walks, as well as a large swimming pool only. The entrance to Thompson’s Bay beach and tidal pool, from Chaka’s Rock side, is only 150 meters away, where it is safe to swim (with lifeguards on duty).
The apartment’s downstairs level has an open plan kitchen, large lounge and dining area which leads onto a covered patio. TV with DSTV facilities in the lounge (please note: no TV reception without smartcard). There are ceiling fans in lounge and upper bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms down stairs with 2 single beds in each and a bathroom with a shower. Only the top bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Upstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed and a semi en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. Duvets and linen are provided but please bring your own towels. All facilities and conveniences are available e.g. Microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 8 people.
Daily floor service included (no beds and dishes). Full service can be arranged at extra cost. The unit has a lock-up garage.
