This two-bedroom 15th floor apartment is situated only 80m from the Ballito main beach and 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant, a Friendly Grocer and other small shops. There are 2 swimming pools in this complex, one of which is for toddlers. There is a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities. There are fantastic beach and sea views from the lounge, bedrooms and small patio.
The apartment sleeps 4 people, double bed in main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit. Crisp white linen provided for the bedrooms. Please bring your own beach and bath towels.
The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances like a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a Hi Fi, DVD player, TV with DSTV in the lounge area but please bring your own DSTV smart card, as there is no TV reception without it.
The bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower.
There is a marked basement parking for one vehicle. The complex is very secure, with remote controlled gates. No daily service.
