This 3-bedroom luxury apartment is situated on the 3rd (top) floor, in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifesavers. A tidal pool is close by. There is a tennis court and swimming pool in this remote controlled complex. There are excellent beach and sea views from the lounge, main bedroom and the spacious balcony.
The balcony is equipped with neat patio furniture and a Weber.
The open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning room is well furnished with a mini HiFi, TV, DVD and DSTV. Please bring your own smart card. The apartment is burglar proof with an armed response alarm with “stay” facility for extra security during the night. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as the lounge & dining room. The dining room tables seats 6 people. There is also a bar area with a bar fridge.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom with a queen size bed is en suite with a bath & shower. A second bathroom, with a bath & a shower, services the other two bedrooms, one with a double and the 3rd with a single and two bunk beds. Linen is provided but please bring your own beach- and bath towels.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, snackwicher, electric frying pan and kettle. Not suitable for wheel chairs. Secure lockup garage for one vehicle and open parking for guest.
The Driftwood complex is within minutes' walk of a shopping complex offering a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and shops.
