This modern ground floor apartment is situated in a beachfront complex, which is ideal for those lazy afternoon strolls along the golden sands. Although it only has a sea view from the main bedroom and lounge, you do have a beautiful view of the pool and garden. Access to the beach is easy from your own private and wind protected patio which leads onto the lawn.
The apartment has two neat, comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and bunk bed. One bathroom with a shower.
The spacious lounge area with TV & DSTV (bring your own smart card) opens onto the private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery & cutlery.
There is a swimming pool in the complex and undercover parking for one vehicle and open parking for guests. Access to the complex is by remote control.
Linen and duvets are provided for the beds, but please provide your own beach, bath and tea towels. Ceiling fans throughout.
