This one and a half bedroom holiday apartment could not be better situated. An 80m stroll takes you onto the main beach of Ballito, 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant, a Friendly Grocer and other shops. There are two swimming pools in this complex - one for toddlers. Big grass areas for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities.
The apartment sleeps 5 people in one double bed in the main bedroom and three bunk beds in the small second bedroom. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. There is one bathroom with a hand-held shower in the bath. Please bring your own towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The main bedroom and the dining room/lounge with radio and TV, have sea views. There are also ceiling fans in the main bedroom and lounge.
There is marked basement parking for one vehicle. The complex is very secure, with remote control gates on all exits. No daily service.
