This 2-bedroom penthouse apartment is situated right on the beach close to Clark’s Bay with a huge furnished balcony and braai facilities.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is one bathroom with a bath upstairs. Linen is provided, but it is necessary to bring your own towels.
There are good beach- and sea views from the main bedroom, the lounge area and the balcony
There is an open plan lounge, dining room, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is a TV in the lounge but you need to bring your own DSTV decoder. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower.
There is a lockup garage below the apartment and open parking for visitors. Coin operated laundry in the complex. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment and it is not suitable for toddlers or wheel-chairs
The La Mer block is within a few minutes walk of a shopping complex offering a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and shops. The complex is secure with electric gates. Not suitable for wheel chairs.
