This is a very neat and modern two-bedroom holiday apartment is situated only 80m from the Ballito main beach and 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant, a Friendly Grocer and other shops. There are beach and sea views from the lounge and main bedroom. There are 2 swimming pools in this complex, one of which is for toddlers. There is a big lawn for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities. Because of the height of the apartment, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sea views.
The apartment sleeps 4 people, double beds in main bedroom and second bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a built-in counter that doubles up as a dining room table with 6 chairs. There is a TV in the lounge area as well as in the main bedroom but please bring your own DSTV smart card. No TV reception if you don’t bring a smart card and decoder. There is only a shower in the bathroom.
There is a marked basement parking for one vehicle. The complex is very secure, with remote controlled gates. No daily service.
