This one and a half bedroom self-catering holiday apartment with beautiful sea views on the 12th floor could not be better situated. A 100-meter stroll takes you onto the main beach of Ballito, 30 meters from a shopping complex with a restaurant, a Friendly Grocer and other shops. There are two swimming pools in this complex - one for toddlers. Although this unit has not got a balcony, there are big grass areas for the children to play when you are not on the beach, and also more than enough braai facilities. The apartment sleeps 4 people.
Ceiling fans in lounge and main bedroom. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the small second bedroom. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided but please bring your own bath, beach and tea towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with, stove, small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is one bathroom with bath. The main bedroom and the dining room/lounge with radio and TV, have sea views. There is a built-in counter that doubles up as a dining room table with 4 chairs. A DSTV decoder and smart card are provided.
There is marked basement parking for one vehicle. The complex is very secure, with remote controlled gates on all exits. No daily service.
