is a two-bedroom holiday apartment, situated only 80m from
the Ballito main beach and 30 meters from a shopping complex
with a restaurant and Friendly Grocer, etc.
There are 2 swimming pools in complex - one for
toddlers.
There is a big lawn for the children to play when you
are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities.
Due to the height of the apartment, you will be able
to enjoy lovely sea views.
The
apartment sleeps 6 people, one double bed in the main
bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, as well
as place for two children on the double sleeper couch in the
lounge.
There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.
There is one bathroom with a shower in the bath. Linen,
pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own
towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a
two-plate stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and
toaster. There is a built-in counter that doubles up as a
dining room table with 6 chairs. There is a TV in the lounge
area.
A marked basement parking accommodates one vehicle.
The complex is very secure, with remote control on
all gates. No daily service.
