This three-bedroom 2nd floor luxury apartment is situated right on the beach with spectacular sea and beach views. The well-known grannies pool is in front of the flat, where it is safe for children to swim.
The apartment can sleep 8 people with double beds in the main bedroom and second bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Linen and duvets are provided, but please bring your own towels. There are two bathrooms - the main bedrooms en-suite has a bath and the second has a shower. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as the lounge and dining room.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The dining room/lounge area with mini Hi-fi, DVD, TV and DSTV – please bring your own smart card, leads through sliding doors onto the balcony overlooking the beach. The main bedroom also has a door leading onto the patio. There is gas braai and patio furniture to use in front of the apartment. A lock-up safe is available for use.
A lock-up garage and swimming pool, with communal braai facilities, is securely situated within the complex - with an alarm system. A daily service is included in the tariff.
