This newly renovated 3-bedroom, duplex apartment is situated right on the beach with beach and sea views from all the windows. Situated close to Clarke Bay, a popular swimming beach with shark nets and lifesavers.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, open plan lounge, dinning room and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door fridge/freezer, stove, micro wave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery to serve 8 people. There is a TV in the lounge, but please bring your own DSTV card. The main bedroom has two single beds while the second bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds. Linen is provided, but it is necessary to bring your own towels.

The patio area has its own built-in braai. There is a lockup garage next to the apartment and open parking for visitors. Coin operated laundry in the complex.
The La Mer block is within a few minutes walk of a shopping complex offering a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and shops. The complex is secure with electric access gate.
