This one and a half bedroom 11th floor holiday apartment could not be better situated. An 80-meter stroll takes you onto the main beach of Ballito, and 30 meters away is a shopping complex with restaurants and a Friendly Grocer. There are two swimming pools in this complex - one for toddlers. Big grass areas for the children to play when you are not on the beach and more than enough braai facilities.
The apartment sleeps 4 people. There are ceiling fans in lounge and main bedroom. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the small second bedroom. Linen, pillowcases and duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, stove, small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is one bathroom with a bath. The main bedroom and the dining room/lounge with radio and TV, have lovely sea views. Please bring own DSTV decoder, as there is no TV reception without it.
There is a marked basement parking for one vehicle. The complex is very secure, with remote control gates on all exits. Across the road from La Montagne Hotel with children’s play centre, restaurants and bars.
