This
self-catering one and a half bedroom holiday apartment on
the 11th floor has magnificent sea views and
could not be better situated. An 80-meter stroll takes you
onto the main beach of Ballito, and 30 meters away is a
shopping complex with restaurants and a Friendly Grocer,
etc. There are two swimming pools in this complex - one for
toddlers. Although
there is not a balcony, there are big grass areas for the
children to play when you are not on the beach and more than
enough braai facilities.
The
apartment sleeps 4 people. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single bunk
beds in the small second bedroom. Linen, pillowcases and
duvets are provided. Bring your own beach, bath and tea
towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove,
fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing
board and cutlery & crockery to serve 4 people.
There
is a built-in counter that doubles up as a dining room table
with 5 chairs. There
is one bathroom with a bath.
The main bedroom and the dining room/lounge with TV,
has sea views. Bring own DSTV or M-net decoder & remote,
as there is no reception without it.
There are ceiling fans in the main bedroom and lounge.
There is also a marked basement parking for one
vehicle. The
complex is very secure, with remote control gates on all
exits. No daily service.
