This 3-bedroom duplex with fantastic
sea views is situated right on the beach and close to Clarke
Bay, a popular swimming beach with shark nets and lifesavers
in Ballito.
The top section of the apartment
consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which open onto a wooden
balcony. The main bedroom has a double bed while the second
bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has 2 sets
of bunk beds. There
is one bathroom with a bath upstairs. Linen is provided, but
it is necessary to bring your own towels.
The lower section consists of an open
plan lounge and dining room, as well as a guest bathroom
with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a
fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle,
crockery and cutlery. There is a TV in the lounge, but
please bring your own DSTV decoder. This area leads through
sliding doors onto the veranda with patio furniture, and a
grass area with its own built-in braai.
Here it is suitable to enjoy an afternoon tan, even
on windy days.
There is a lock-up garage for one
vehicle and the apartment is secured with burglar proofing
as well as “trellidors”. The complex itself is secured
with remote controlled gates. A Maids room is available next
to the garage, but please provide your own linen.
There is a safe in the main bedroom
for your valuables and an enclosed washing line at the back
of the apartment.
