This modern duplex is situated in a beachfront complex, which is ideal for those lazy afternoon strolls along the golden sands. It has a sea view from the main bedroom upstairs. Access to the beach is easy from your own private and wind protected patio which leads onto the lawn.
The apartment has three neat, comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom and the second bedroom have a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is one bathroom upstairs with a bath and a guest toilet downstairs. There is an extra shower outside the unit.
The lounge area which is open plan has a TV & DSTV (please bring your own smart card, as there is no TV reception without one) opens onto the private patio with braai facilities and a side sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and crockery & cutlery.
There is a swimming pool in the complex and undercover parking for one vehicle and open parking for guests. Access to the complex is by remote control.
Linen and duvets are provided for the beds, but please provide your own beach, bath and tea towels. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and a standing fan in the lounge.
