Season rates are charged per night and
vary accordingly

Bookings are only confirmed once Cyber View has received 50% of
the total cost of accommodation

This
deposit must be paid within the week of the booking being made.

The
balance is paid upon arrival (if not beforehand). The
proof of payment must please be faxed to 086 670 8776, with your
confirmation number as reference.

Cancellation refunds will only be entertained provided notice to
cancel is given timeously AND the unit is re-let over the same
period.

No
sub-letting is permitted, immediate eviction without refund in
such instances.

Minimum booking requirement is 7 nights.

Arrival time is
14h00.

Departure time is no later than 08h30, except on Sundays.

There are no cleaning services on Sundays
or Public Holidays

Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft,
breakages, etc

No
pets allowed in units, unless specified on description

No
students without adult supervision
-
Over-crowding is not allowed - The maximum number of persons
must not exceed the number of beds available

Cyber
View reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation,
similar to that booked, should for any reason, the original
unit/house no longer be available

Any
misbehavior or disturbance will lead to immediate eviction

Prior
to departure, please ensure that the flat/house is locked & left
in the same condition as it was found in

Guests with
1110 decoders please note: bring along decoder AND smartcard. Be
aware that 90% of complexes have no TV reception without a
smartcard/decoder, please check with our office personnel.
